America’s Financial End Game

EG-Slide-3There are many people who have become justifiably concerned about the financial condition of the United States government, and the entire nation as a whole.  The critical issue is something that many people know intuitively, but few have articulated in a full continuum of events.

This fundamental truth is that the current financial and economic situation in the US, Europe, and Japan are not sustainable.  Furthermore, it is only a matter of time before these situations create painful adjustments that precipitate recessions, depressions, or an outright economic collapse.

As individuals, we cannot change the chain of events that have been set in motion by decades of government policy.  The drumbeat of persistent budget deficits, ineffective economic policy, and corrupt political systems is all but certain to create a string of economic and financial crisis situations.  The important thing for us to understand as individuals is that we must take action to ensure that the financial wellbeing of our families are not decimated during the impending economic storm.

The first step that we must take toward this goal is to become educated about how this situation came about, how it will unfold, and what decisions we should make to protect ourselves and our families.  By understanding how America’s Financial End Game is likely to come about, we can create prudent strategies to protect and grow our wealth.

I have identified twenty distinct steps in this progression that fall into five general categories.  These steps progress from the current situation of distressed national finances, move through the likely public response, progress to the expected impact of that response, extend to the fallout from that impact, and then show the path to a “real” recovery that generates genuine economic growth.

America’s Financial End Game is not coming, it is here.  The board is set, and the pieces are moving.  The future is always in motion, so it is difficult to tell for certain exactly how it will unfold.  However, the chain of events that has already begun is leading in a direction that is difficult to ignore.  The next step in our analysis is to examine these stages in detail, and begin to walk through how each one is expected to play out.

  1. i have heard this before but can’t recall where i did, still interesting though,

    • I’m certainly not the first person to say that the current financial situation of America is unsustainable. There are many people who have come to similar conclusions. None of the analysis I have seen to date takes the financial collapse all the way through to its logical conclusion. Much of the other material out there is little more than a sales pitch to buy gold.

  2. I’ve said that least 3580603 times. SCK was here
